Yes, you should be able to upload it to the downsloads section since it's only 4mb. If it doesn't work, let me know.
Also, perhaps this is a good time to share a new service I am working on for icompendium customers. You can find it at http://icompendium.com/video
Here, icompendium customers can upload very large video and audio files, and then display them on their icompendium site. Once you upload your MP3 here, there are multiple ways you can display it, or link to it.
Try this: 1) Go to http://icompendium.com/video ,get a username and password 2) Then login, and upload your file 3) Once your file is uploaded, click on the file name and you should see something called 'Embed Code.' You can copy and paste this anywhere on your icompendium site to display a link to your MP3
You have multiple Gb of upload space, and it doesn't count against your normal icompendium plan.
