How do you insure that your webpage opens the same way on all computers? I wish to use a slightly larger image (500 Tall thumbnail). When looking at my page from home computer the entire page is displayed without cropping. When viewing from my campus computer the window opens larger and the page is cropped. To see the entire image I need to use the scroll bar. How can I avoid this without giving up the larger image?

Hi Reni,

This may be difficult to achieve since the site is created for larger monitors. A standard 17" 1024x768 monitor should allow an image like you describe to fit completely. If you look at this on the next smaller resolution which is around 800 x 600, you may see part of your image fall off the screen. The best thing I can recommend is resizing the images so that they fit onto the smaller screens. You might also check the resolution settings of the monitors that are displaying your images cropped. There's a chance that you can change the resolution to 1024 x 768 and see more of your image.

Hope this helps, Van
