Hi Jonathan,

The custom name image feature allows you to replace the auto-generated name text with your own custom image. PhotoShop is a good tool for creating this image, but there are some other tools you can use as well. You might also give PhotoShop Express a try: https://www.photoshop.com/express/landing.html
It's free and pretty good for basic needs.

Some guidelines for making the custom name image:
- It should be less than 200px high, and less than 1000px wide
- It should be 72dpi and saved in GIF or JPG

Doing this will require a working knowledge of whatever software you decide to use (such as PhotoShop Express, or Paint Shop for example) but it shouldn't be too tough either. Also, if this part seems daunting I would recommend building out other parts of the site first since the custom name image is intended as an advanced feature.

Please shoot me an email and let me know what I can help you with as far as getting started. Would be happy to set up a time to speak on the phone.

Also, in the meantime, I do have a help section with some FAQs that may help.

Hi Jonathan, I realize that I didn't answer your question about being able to use Word for this. I don't think this will work since I don't believe that you can easily create the images you need from Word.

You might also check out Graphic Converter if you are on a Mac.

If you are on a PC you might try the the Paint program that comes with Windows.

Thanks, Van
