ainesse Member	11 Jan 2009 16:47 Reply If I were to become an Icompendium website user, would I be able to change the names of the main links on the home page to eg where it says paintings - I could put eg "members gallery" or where it says "bibliography" - I could put "facilities" (Cant remember the names of the links on the home pages of the websites that I have looked up so far on here). I have to make a kind of a copy of a website which is already online and made with Dreamweaver, it's http://www.fifedunfermlineprintmakers.org/ I would like to set it up similarly. Do you think I would be able to customize an ICompendium website, ( the 200 dollars a year one) to look something like the one we have ? We wouldn't want to upload any video files it would just be text images and links. Hopefully it wouldn't be too technical - I mean if its just like the pages in the demo's I looked at (the first 2) then that would be fine. thank you Aine

As far as making a copy of an existing site -- some of the text on the existing site, and perhaps some images too, can be uploaded to your icompendium site, though would appear different when reassembled. Icompendium allows you to create a few different types of pages and combine them into categories as well. So, you might be able to duplicate some of the overall navigational structure. I'll send along a demo link and you can see more about how it works. There's a good chance that you can get what you want with little or no customization. Hope this helps. Thanks, Van
